How do I open the box?
Swipe up on the wooden lid and it swings open. To close it, swipe down from the very top of the screen or tap the brass catch hanging there.
How does it work on iPhone Duo?
The box opens with your phone. Closed, the lid is on the cover screen. Start to unfold and light spills out from under the lid; open it fully and the dancer is on the top half, with the jewellery tray on the bottom half. Close the phone and the lid comes down.
I can’t hear the music
Turn the volume up. The music plays as soon as the lid is open, and a different tune plays each time you open it.
How do I change to a different box?
Swipe the lid sideways, or tap one of the charms along the bottom.
Can I move the jewellery?
Yes. Pick up a ring or a necklace and drop it in another compartment, or tap a piece to make it sparkle. Each box remembers how you left it.
What do I get with the Collection?
Twirlaby comes with the Fairy box. The Collection is one purchase that unlocks the other five boxes (Ocean, Space, Unicorn, Dinosaur and K-Pop), with their dancers and jewellery. With Family Sharing, it unlocks them on every device in your family.
I bought the Collection but it’s locked
Tap any padlocked charm, then Restore. You’ll be asked a grown-up question first. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Why does it ask me a maths question?
So little fingers can’t buy anything by accident. Buying and restoring both ask a question only a grown-up can answer. Nothing you type is kept.
Does it need the internet, or collect anything?
No. It works offline and collects nothing about you or your child. See the privacy policy.
